Is there an age limit?
Yes. Participants must be at least 12 years old for Rafting and 10 years old for ATV to join the adventure.
How long does the activity take?
The total duration is approximately 2 to 3 hours, which includes the safety briefing and rest breaks.
Is equipment provided?
Yes, we provide all high-standard safety gear, including helmets, life jackets, and paddles.
How do I book?

Are professional guides included?
Absolutely. Our experienced and professional guides will accompany you throughout the trip to ensure your safety and comfort.
What should I bring?
Please bring a change of clothes, sunscreen, cash for extra drinks, and a camera (or waterproof phone pouch).
Terms and Condition
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
Minimum Booking: A minimum of 2 people is required per booking.
Advance Reservation: All reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
2. Transportation & Schedule
Pickup Time: Scheduled for 08:30 AM (Ubud Area).
Transfer Policy: Hotel transfers are included for all activities EXCEPT the "ATV Fun Adventure" package. Guests booking the ATV Fun Adventure must arrange their own transport to the location.
3. Payment & Expenses
Payment Method: Full payment is to be settled upon arrival at the location.
Additional Expenses: Please bring Cash for any personal expenses or add-ons not included in the package.
4. Facilities & What to Bring
Inclusions: Lockers are provided free of charge for your belongings.
Recommended Items: Guests are advised to bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 1 day prior to the scheduled activity date.
